General Questions

By accessing or using the software, users agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If the user does not agree, they should not use the service.

TowMasters grants customers a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for internal business operations during an active subscription period.

Subscription fees are billed monthly.
  • Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • Failure to pay may result in account suspension or termination.

Users are responsible for:
  • Maintaining account security.
  • Keeping login credentials confidential.
  • All activities performed under their account.

Users agree not to:

  • Attempt unauthorized access to other accounts.
  • Use the platform for unlawful activities.

Users agree not to:
  • Users retain ownership of their dispatch records, customer information, invoices, and uploaded data.
  • TowMasters may store and process data solely to provide the service.
  • Users are responsible for the accuracy of entered information.

If GPS tracking features are available:
  • Location data is provided for operational purposes only.
  • GPS accuracy may vary due to device, carrier, or environmental conditions.
  • TowMasters is not liable for losses resulting from inaccurate location data.

  • Users authorize the software to send operational notifications.
  • Users are responsible for obtaining any required customer consent for text messages.
  • Standard carrier messaging rates may apply.

  • TowMasters strives for high uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, updates, and unforeseen outages may occur.

  • The TowMasters software may integrate with mapping services, payment processors, accounting systems, and communication providers. TowMasters is not responsible for third-party service interruptions or policies.

  • While reasonable efforts are made to maintain backups, users should maintain their own copies of important business records.

  • All software, trademarks, logos, designs, source code, and content remain the exclusive property of TowMasters.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
  • The TowMasters software is provided "as is."
  • TowMasters is not liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, dispatch delays, data loss, or indirect damages.
  • Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer during the previous twelve months.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless TowMasters from claims arising from:
  • Their use of the software.
  • Violation of these terms.
  • Violations of applicable laws or regulations.

TowMasters may suspend or terminate accounts for:
  • Non-payment.
  • Violation of these terms.
  • Fraudulent or illegal activities.

Use of the software is also governed by TowMasters's Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used, and protected.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

TowMasters may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the software after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
